Conflict of Interest

The Jurnal Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan (JRMIK) is committed to maintaining transparency, objectivity, and integrity in the publication of scientific articles. All authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research, manuscript evaluation, or publication process.

Authors' Responsibilities

Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial interests that may influence, or be perceived to influence, their research. These interests may include employment, consultancy, financial support, institutional affiliations, personal relationships, or other professional interests related to the manuscript.

Authors must declare any relevant conflicts of interest in their manuscript. If no conflicts exist, authors should include the following statement: "The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest related to this study."

Editors' Responsibilities

Editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to a submitted manuscript. Editors who have a conflict of interest must not participate in the editorial decision-making process for that manuscript. The journal will assign the manuscript to another qualified editor to ensure an objective and impartial evaluation.

Reviewers' Responsibilities

Reviewers must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could affect their impartiality. Reviewers who identify a potential conflict of interest must inform the editor and, when necessary, decline the review assignment.

Funding Disclosure

Authors must disclose financial support received for conducting the research and preparing the manuscript. The role of the funding organization, if any, in the study design, data collection, data analysis, interpretation, and manuscript preparation must be clearly stated.

Editorial Handling

All disclosed conflicts of interest will be assessed by the editorial team. The journal may request additional information or take appropriate measures to protect the fairness and integrity of the peer-review and publication processes.

By submitting a manuscript to JRMIK, authors acknowledge their responsibility to provide accurate and complete disclosures in accordance with the journal's publication ethics principles.
