Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Manuscript Components

Research result articles should include the following sections: Title, Author’s Name, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgment (if any), and References.

Writing Guide

Title

  • •The title should be written in Indonesian or English, informative, concise, and consist of 5–12 words.
  • •It should clearly describe the content and variables of the study.
  • •The title must not contain abbreviations or formulas.
  • •To ensure double-blind review, author names should not appear on the title page.

Abstract and Keywords

  • •The abstract should summarize the key points: background, objectives, methods, and findings.
  • •It must be written in both Indonesian and English (100–250 words each).
  • •Keywords should consist of 3–5 main words that represent the core topics.

Introduction

The introduction should be written in paragraph form (15–20% of the article length) and contain:

  • •Background or rationale of the study.
  • •Theoretical basis or brief literature review.
  • •Research objectives and significance.

Method

The method section (15–20% of total length) should include:

  • •Study design and approach.
  • •Research variables.
  • •Population and sampling methods.
  • •Research location.
  • •Instruments used for data collection.
  • •Data collection and analysis procedures.

Results and Discussion

The results and discussion section should take up 60–70% of the article and include:

  • •Data analysis results and hypothesis testing.
  • •Tables, figures, or graphs to clarify verbal explanations.
  • •Discussion that interprets findings and relates them to prior studies.
  • •Numbering format should use simple numbering (1), (2), (3), etc.

Conclusions

  • •Include both conclusions and recommendations.
  • •Conclusions should directly answer the research questions.
  • •Recommendations should be practical and directed to relevant stakeholders.

Acknowledgment (If Any)

Authors may include acknowledgments for individuals, institutions, or funding bodies that supported the research.

References

  • •All references cited must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
  • •References should follow APA Style and be arranged alphabetically.
  • •At least 80% of references must be from the last 10 years.
  • •Use Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote for reference management.

Self-archiving is allowed before, during, or after publication, with no embargo period. Deposited versions must include the official publication information and DOI of the article.
