About The Journal

Jurnal Studi Keperawatan (J-SiKep) (e-ISSN: 2722-9289; J-SiKep Website) is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes research articles and literature reviews in the field of nursing and health sciences. The journal focuses on the development of evidence-based nursing knowledge and innovative nursing practices.

The scope of J-SiKep includes Fundamental Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Emergency and Critical Care Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Maternity Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Gerontological Nursing, Family and Community Nursing, Nursing Management and Education, Patient Safety and Quality of Care, and Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) in Nursing. J-SiKep welcomes manuscripts relevant to nursing scholars, practitioners, and researchers.

Articles published in J-SiKep have undergone a review process by Mitra Bestari (peer reviewers). The Editor has the right to decide whether a scientific article is appropriate for publication based on the recommendations of the Mitra Bestari.

J-SiKep provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published in J-SiKep are open access and freely available to readers.

"By 'open access' to this literature, we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be appropriately acknowledged and cited."

Editors accept submissions of well-prepared manuscripts that have not been published elsewhere, except for certain sources such as preprints. Manuscript formatting and submission requirements are provided in the journal's author guidelines. Incoming manuscripts are evaluated and edited to ensure consistency in structure, terminology, and other writing practices. All manuscripts selected for review are assessed by reviewers using the double-blind peer review method.```
