Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Articles should be written in English or Indonesian in an format outlined as follows:

1. General Requirements

Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by other journals. All manuscripts should be written in clear and proper Indonesian or English.

2. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts three types of manuscripts: Research Articles, Literature Reviews, and Case Studies.

3. Manuscript Structure

  • Research Articles: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, References.
  • Literature Reviews: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods (including search strategy), Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, References.
  • Case Studies: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Case Description, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, References.

4. Manuscript Formatting

Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word, formatted with Times New Roman 12-point font, single line spacing, 3 cm margins, and a minimum length of 7 pages.

5. Title and Author Information

The title should not exceed 15 words. Author details must include full names without academic titles, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author’s email address.

6. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract must be written in English, consisting of 150–250 words, and should include background, objective, methods, results, and conclusion. It must be accompanied by 3–5 keywords arranged alphabetically.

7. References

References must follow APA Style (7th Edition), prioritize recent sources (published within the last 5–10 years), and include a minimum of 15 references for research articles.

8. Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively, include clear and informative titles, and provide sources where applicable.

9. Ethical Considerations

Studies involving human subjects must obtain ethical approval, include statements of informed consent, and declare no conflict of interest.

10. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.  Authors are required to register prior to submission and complete all required metadata.

11. Review Process

All submissions undergo a single-blind peer review process. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.
