Focus and Scope
Jurnal Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan (Jurnal RMIK) (p-ISSN : 2615-1863 ) (e-ISSN : 2622-7614) publishes original, previously unpublished research articles, review articles, as well as aspects of medical records and health information. Paper topics include the following:
1. Health Information Management
2. Health Information System
3. Health Information TechnologyÂ
4. Classification and Codefication of Diagnostic Related Health Problems and Prosedure
5. Health Quality Information Management
Peer Review Process
In the reviewing process, there are at least two reviewers for each manuscript in the related topic. In addition, author(s) can also propose the candidate of reviewers. Judgement from the first reviewer will be main priority for editor to make decision, if there are only two reviewers. In case of three reviewers, decision will be made from at least two reviewers. Four weeks will be needed for reviewer to complete one round reviewing process.
Generally, the candidate of reviewers will be chosen based on their reputation in the international publication number and quality. Next step, The Editor send the invitation letter for each candidate of reviewer. After the candidate of reviewer informed their availabilities for reviewing process, Editor create account for each reviewer and then send manuscript by OJS.
All reviewing process are in double blind peer review and managed by editor in the OJS.

The journal was first published in March 2018 and subsequently published twice per year, in March and October

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Journal History
Jurnal Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang, dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta sharing perkembangan ilmu rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan. Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan ilmu administrasi kebijakan kesehatan, administrasi rumah sakit, kodefikasi penyakit dan tindakan, manajemen informasi kesehatan, manajemen mutu informasi kesehatan, manajemen unit kerja rekam medis dan sistem informasi kesehatan. Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. Penerbitan jurnal ini dilakukan sebanyak enam bulan sekali yaitu pada bulan Maret dan Oktober.
