Peer Review Process

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by the Editor. If it meets the basic requirements, it will be sent to at least two reviewers from different institutions, selected based on their expertise. All submitted papers undergo a double-blind peer review process to assess their contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation quality.

The review results may fall into one of the following categories:

  • Accepted without revision
  • Accepted with minor revisions
  • Accepted with major revisions
  • Rejected

Authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscripts based on the reviewers’ comments and suggestions.

The corresponding author will be notified in writing regarding the decision on whether the manuscript is accepted for publication or rejected.

The review process may take up to three months to complete.

Publication Frequency

The Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology was first published in October 2019 and is published twice a year, in April and October.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to all its content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge and promotes the advancement of science.

Journal History

  • The Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology was first published in October 2019 and was initially issued four times a year, in January, April, July, and October.
  • Since Volume 02, Issue 01 (January 2020), the Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology has used a new article template.
  • Starting from October 2020, the journal has been fully published in English.
  • Beginning in 2024, the Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology is published twice a year, in April and October.

Accreditation Status

  • The Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology (JAHMT) is accredited by SINTA 4 (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia).
