DUKUNGAN SPIRITUAL PADA KELUARGA DAN PASIEN KRITIS YANG DIRAWAT DI INTENSIVE CARE UNIT: SISTEMATIK REVIEW

Abstract


Keluarga dan pasien kritis yang di rawat di ruang ICU (Intensive Care Unit) akan mengalami beberapa masalah psikologis yang disebabkan akibat proses perawatan, perubahan kondisi fisik, dan keparahan penyakit. Review bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang dukungan spiritual yang diberikan pada keluarga dan pasien kritis yang dirawat di ICU. Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pelaporan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) dengan seleksi artikel menggunakan kriteria kelayakan. Bentuk dukungan spiritual dapat berupa diskusi, komunikasi, memfasilitasi ibadah, relaksasi seperti mendengarkan do’a dan ayat suci Al-Qur’an. Dukungan spiritual diberikan untuk menurunkan kecemasan, menurunkan stress dan tingkat nyeri, menstabilkan hemodinamik, meningkatkan skor Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) dan dapat lebih mudah mengambil keputusan perawatan pada keluarga dan pasien kritis. Dukungan spiritual yang diberikan akan meningkatkan dopamin di otak memberikan efek rileks, senang dan bahagia. Sehingga masalah psikologis akan menurun dalam perawatan pasien dan keluarga pasien kritis di ICU.
