BRESTFEEDING SELF-EFFICACY: TINJAUAN ASPEK KOGNITIF DAN PSIKOLOGIS IBU HAMIL DAN SUAMI

Abstract


Cakupan ASI eksklusif di Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir fluktuatif, sehingga masih diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan ASI eksklusif. Breastfeeding self-efficacy secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan ASI eksklusif, sedangkan Breastfeeding self-efficacy dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan sikap, kecemasan serta dukungan suami. Tujuan studi untuk mengetahui hubungan breastfeeding self-efficacy ibu hamil dengan aspek kognitif dan psikologi ibu dan suami. Desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Studi dilaksanakan tahun 2023 di Wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel ibu hamil trimester 2 dan suami sejumlah 368 responden (184 pasangan suami istri) dengan accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner CBKS, BSES-SF, IIFAS, GSES, GAD-7. Analisa data menggunakan pearson product moment. Hasil yang diperoleh breastfeeding self-efficacy ibu hamil secara signifikan berkorelasi dengan (1) aspek kognitif dan aspek psikologis (sikap, kepercayaan diri, kecemasan), (2) aspek kognitif dan aspek psikologis suami (sikap, kepercayaan diri), dan (3) breastfeeding self-efficacy suami. Kesimpulannya adalah aspek kognitif dan psikologis ibu hamil dan suami berkorelasi dengan breastfeeding self-efficacy ibu hamil. Sehingga intervensi untuk meningkatkan breastfeeding self-efficacy perlu di berikan kepada ibu dan suami, untuk menunjang keberhasilan menyusui dan ASI eksklusif.
